This year, Nick and I spent 5 days in Florida with the whole family for Christmas. It’s always nice to take a break in the sunshine state, and this trip was no exception. There was a lot of togetherness, early morning runs, and excessive eating.
Upon arriving at home, the man and I packed up a suitcase and went to a surprise location, followed by a delicious 5-course meal! ❤
My favorite thing about the man is that he likes to celebrate as much as I do! Here, Part 1 of my birthday extravaganza! ❤
Last weekend Nick and I ran 15 miles (another long run record!), but I was so delirious that I didn’t stop to snap any photos… nor did I care. All I cared about was food consumption, in massive quantities :).
Anyway, it’s my birthday week, so why not get a refreshed look before I turn the big 3-0 tomorrow?
This weekend was absolutely marvelous! I’m amping up my long runs with the help of the man, and we’re also making sure to squeeze as much festivity out of this month as we can muster! I love December. Christmas, the cozy cold, and I turn 30 soon!
