We’ve been obsessed with our Smitten Kitchen cookbook as of late. On Tuesday night, we decided to test her Shaved Asparagus Pizza recipe. But we couldn’t help but improve upon it…
Basically, we just added a ton of garlic and a tad olive oil to the crust (which we made from Smitten Kitchen, too), since it’s a white pizza.
Here we have the recipe book propped up and all the prep ready to go.
Here’s the man, shaving the asparagus.
